Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Final Sale Items: Cannot be returned (marked at checkout).
  • Furniture & Large Items: Subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How to Return

  1. Request a Return: Visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return.
  2. Pack Securely: Include all original packaging and accessories.
  3. Ship Back: Use the prepaid label (U.S. only) or a carrier of your choice.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently offer store credit only. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original product following the steps above.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item/packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees.
  • Refunds exclude original international shipping charges.
