Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Order Changes & Address Updates

To modify your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately—changes are only possible if your order hasn’t been processed.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your order, we’ll assist with carrier investigations.

International Orders

  • Customs fees, taxes, or delays are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.
