The Wilma Fermentation Jar is ideal for the beginning fermenter, apartment dweller, or small-batch experimenter. Crafted with a waterlock seal, an ancient design that allows for an oxygen-free environment, this lidded crock makes whipping up a quick batch of fermented goodness a breeze.
